The Cosmic Federation (CF) is the central government of the galaxy. This institution acts as a mediator on all things. After a civilization reaches interstellar levels of technology, the CF will instantly contact them and βforceβ them to join. Upon joining the CF, some fines are due, but some help is as well.
Players gain a few minor assets (as a βhelping packageβ) and, in return, give a few of their resources.
The Cosmic Federation (CF) has beacons that act as sanctuaries, where fighting is not permitted. They can be used as a safe haven for spaceships; however, each player has a limit on how many they can have on CF territory.
Link neighboring worlds to form multi-planet Sovereigns or Alliances within the Federation of Planets.
As the Verified Galaxy is taking shape, we want to give players the ability to help define the galactic playing field. Our Coordinates Swap feature allows players to trade and exchange their coordinates with other ExoWorld holders. This is an opportunity for those with multiple planets or friends in the ecosystem to acquire planet coordinates that neighbor each other to form Sovereigns or Alliances, which will have substantial game benefits.
Planetary Coordinates in the Galactic Strategy Game will be important as military and trade depend heavily on travel times. This is why players may also feel the need to swap coordinates to obtain a more favorable location in the galaxy.
Empires are single-entity governments that govern multiple planets under one uniform rule. Empires can be formed by linking neighboring star systems within a single wallet. Planets need only be linked to a single existing planet within the empire to join.
1. A Prime is an Empire with 2 ExoWorlds. 2. A Triumvirate is an Empire with 3 ExoWorlds. 3. A Chain is an Empire with 4 to 6 ExoWorlds. 4. A Cluster is an Empire with 7 to 9 ExoWorlds. 5. A Dominion is an Empire with 10 to 14 ExoWorlds. 6. A Kingdom is an Empire with 15 to 19 ExoWorlds. 7. A Dynasty is an Empire with 20 to 29 ExoWorlds. 8. An Empire is an Empire with 30 ExoWorlds & Above.
When comparing different-sized Empires within any category, we denote them by Class. The class ranges from the min to the max number of planets within that Sovereign Category.
So if a Sovereign has a range of 5 planets (Dominion Sovereigns can have 10β14 ExoWorlds), then itβs Class-1 through Class-5. However, if a Sovereign has a range of 10 planets (Dynasty 20β29 ExoWorlds), then itβs Class-1 through Class-10.
Examples:
A Class-1 Chain is the first possible range for a Chain (with 4 ExoWorlds). A Class-3 Chain is the largest for a Chain (with 6 ExoWorlds).
A Class-1 Kingdom is the smallest possible Kingdom (15 ExoWorlds). A Class-4 Kingdom is the largest possible Kingdom (19 ExoWorlds).
Alliances are multiple-entity governments that govern multiple planets under a broad spectrum of rules decided by various parties. Alliance can be formed by linking neighboring star systems between various wallets. Planets need only be linked to a single existing planet within the Alliance to join.
Alliances are classified by their size:
1. A Trinity is an Alliance that has 3 members. 2. A Coalition is an Alliance that has 4 to 9 members. 3. A Consortium is an Alliance that has 10 to 19 members. 4. A Collective is an Alliance that has 20 to 29 members. 5. A Core Pact is an Alliance that has 30 to 39 members. 6. A Stellar Bloc is an Alliance that has 40 to 59 members. 7. A Galactic League is an Alliance that has 60 to 89 members. 8. A Supreme Unity is an Alliance that has 90 members or more.
The Class System also denotes different sized Alliances within any category.
Example:
A Class-1 Collective is the smallest type of Collective (20 members), and a Class-10 Collective is the largest type of Collective (29 members). A Class-1 Stellar Bloc is the smallest type of Stellar Bloc (40 members ), and a Class-20 Stellar Bloc is the largest.
RULE: When forming Sovereigns or Alliances, to link planets together, they must be 1 of the already existing 10 neighbors that any planet has in their attributes.
EXAMPLE: You have planets A, B, C, D, and E. - Planet A does NOT need to neighbor Planet E. As long as one of the other planets, B, C, or D, is neighbored by Planet E, you can form your Sovereign or Alliance.
Players can either buy/sell ExoWorlds that have favorable neighbors, or they can use the Coordinate Swapping Feature, which allows players to list their coordinates and then swap with other players who make offers or buyouts. NO planets are exchanged, just the coordinates of those planets. The marketplace will charge a fee for every coordinate swap, which will be stored in a public wallet for all to see and go 100% towards humanitarian causes.
The features and benefits of the various levels of the Sovereigns and Alliances are still being determined. Still, they will be engaging, substantial, and have lasting consequences on the Verified Galaxy!
