While it does not involve itself directly in the creation of the ExoWorlds game, or affiliate itself at all with any digital assets associated with the brand, any profits made using the ExoWorlds IP are to be fully paid as fees to ExoWorlds Pte Ltd.

The ExoWorlds Foundation Ltd ("ExoWorlds Foundation") is incorporated in Singapore and serves as the software development company and foundation behind ExoWorlds. Tasked with developing the metaverse ecosystem, digital assets, marketplace, and website along with any other tech Infrastructure, the ExoWorlds Foundation is at the forefront of innovation in the crypto and gaming industry. The ExoWorlds Foundation will also be launching a dual token economy and ensuring the maximum longevity of the ecosystem as a whole.
